About Big Lug Co.
Big Lug Co. is a small US team based in Franklin, Wisconsin. We built this shop for big-dog owners, so a 60 to 150 lb dog gets a flat, roomy back seat instead of the footwell floor.
We focus on one product: a hard-bottom back seat extender, built for big dogs and the trucks and SUVs they ride in.
What we stand behind
- 30-day fit guarantee. If it doesn't fit your back seat, we ship the other size free or refund you in full. You don't need to send the first one back. Returns policy.
- 12-month warranty. If the board or a hook fails in normal use within 12 months of delivery, we send a replacement. Warranty terms.
- Real replies. Email support@biglugco.com and a person replies within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
- Sizing by vehicle. We recommend a size by vehicle, not by dog weight. Not sure? Send us your make, model and year and we'll check before you order.
- Straight answers. If something isn't right with your order, tell us and we'll fix it.
