Shipping policy

Where we ship. Free US shipping. Ships to the contiguous US; no AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO or PO boxes. If an order is placed to one of those addresses, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time. The Back Seat Extender arrives within 12 days of the day you order, door to door. These are calendar days, weekends and holidays included. The product page and cart show the exact date range for your order.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show movement.

More than one parcel. Free gifts ship separately and usually arrive before the extender. Your extender may arrive in the manufacturer's carton.

If it's late. If your order hasn't arrived by the last date in your window, email support@biglugco.com and we'll chase it. If we can't ship within the time we promised, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Damaged, lost or marked delivered but not received. Email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you.

Address changes. Email us as soon as possible. Orders are processed within a few hours, so we can't guarantee an address change after that.
