Big Lug Co. 12-Month Limited Warranty

Who gives it: Vista Vendors LLC (dba Big Lug Co.), 7127 S 76th St #5023, Franklin, WI 53132, United States. Email: support@biglugco.com.

What's covered: the rigid board cracking or breaking, and the hooks or buckles that fasten the extender failing, under normal use. (In the first 30 days after delivery, our returns policy also covers straps, seams and other parts.)

How long: 12 months from the delivery date, for the original purchaser.

What we'll do: send a replacement part or a replacement unit, at no charge, including shipping. You don't need to send the failed item back. If neither a part nor a unit is available, we'll refund the purchase price.

What's not covered: chewing, normal wear and tear (including claw wear to the fabric surface), damage from misuse, modification or use outside the manufacturer's instructions, use in a vehicle with seat-mounted side airbags, and free gifts.

How to claim: email support@biglugco.com with your order number, a photo of the problem and a short description. We reply within 1 business day. Please don't post the item to our mailing address: no return is needed.

Your rights: this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states don't allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above may not apply to you.
