Returns and the 30-day fit guarantee

These terms cover the Big Lug Co. Back Seat Extender.

Doesn't fit? Within 30 days of delivery, email support@biglugco.com with your order number, your vehicle's make, model and year, and a photo of the extender in your back seat. We'll ship you the other size free, or refund you in full. No need to send the first one back: pass it on or donate it. One fit claim per order.

Arrived damaged, or the wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full. No return needed.

Something failed in normal use? If a board, hook, buckle, strap or seam fails in normal use within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full. No return needed. After that, the board and hooks stay covered by our 12-month limited warranty.

Free gifts. Keep them. You never need to return the free gifts.

Changed your mind (not a fit or quality issue)? We don't accept change-of-mind returns on an extender that fits and works. If it doesn't fit or arrives faulty, the sections above cover you.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days.

Cancellations. Email us as soon as possible. If we haven't started processing it yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Orders are usually processed within a few hours; after that, the guarantee and returns terms above apply.

Earlier Springa cat fountain orders. If you bought a Springa fountain before 13 October 2026, its 90-day guarantee still applies. Email support@biglugco.com with your order number.
